The announcement part she printed on plantable paper (the paper is made with wildflower seeds in it, so you plant it!) I think we finally captured the 'Anni' essence.
On the way home we stopped at these cool old railroad tracks. When my mom saw this picture of Matt and I, she said "you guys look like twins!" oh mom, what a strange thing to say...
One day Annie and her friends Anna and Drew came over with some polywogs that they had caught in the wetlands. They were going to sell them, but then they got sick of them so they threw them from the second story of our building into our nearly empty pool.

For mother's day, I decided that I wanted the children in my family to all agree to participate in a family picture for my mom. (we are lacking in family photos since no one will ever smile or cooperate) After a bunch of texts, I had everyones support. Sunday came around and my mom was presented with a 'free family picture' coupon with all of our signatures. I told everyone that they could wear 'blue jeans on your butt, and anything you want on top." I only quote because I realize now what a foolish thing it was to say..
Needless to say, we will have to try for family pictures another day...

I know... my blog had begun turning into 'all things Anni' (I decided to drop the unecessary 'e'). But I just wanted to put up some of the pictures we took for her senior pictures. We were having a hard time taking a picture that truly captured her 'essence' so we basically just took a bunch of random pictures... pretending like we were Tyra and Nigel. We'll have to try for another day to get some real pictures she can send out.
