Tin Foil Dinners

On Saturday, we made some delicious tin foil dinners with our friends, I had never had tin foild dinners not on a camping trip, so it was fun for me to make them! We did two different kinds, well I did a different kind. Mine was French! Whaho, it was inspired by raclette, which is a french food we had at Matt's parents house. For mine, I just put some potatoes on som tin foil, shredded up some ham lunch meat and then put strips of swiss cheese over it(I should have buried the cheese because it all stuck to the tin foil) but non-the-less it was delicious! Matt and our friends Phil and Robin did a more traditional approach. The used potatoes, hamburger, lowrys seasoning(really good stuff) and carrots and onions. They were great and it was really fun to smell like campfire!
