So, Matt and I randomly stumbled upon a project for us. A remodel. That is 35,000 dollars. And is a 9,400 square foot house. Well, actaully it is a church, and it is so cool! I really want to do it! Does anybody have any advice about flipping houses? Our plan right now is just to buy it, and make it livable (its an LDS church, so it has massive rooms, and a basketball court) so just bare minimum and sell it to people that want to move to the country, like people that are retiring from California or New York. It was so fun running around with Matt and his parents thinking about the possiblities!
This is the big 'chapel room' that we want to turn into a home theatre
This is the basketball court. Bomb Baby.
This is a satellite image of the church. the whiteish roof in the middle
This is what we would turn into the dining room (ya its a mess and needs some work) but you can see into the picture, and on the right is a big pantry type thing.
This is another of the big rooms, and it was most currently a school, so it has lockers! I love them!
Matt took this picture(the reason for the finger) and it was the best one of the front of the house, hence why it is here.
Just some more views of the house. I want some opinions! That is why there is an unreasonable amount of pictures. What does everyone think?!?

I think it sounds exciting! Where is it located? Definatly has possibilities. Make sure you are aware of the building codes in the area, somethings you just can't do and some that you have to do can really cost you a chunk of change! As always I have a ton of suggestions and some things you should be aware of so if you want to know call me when you have 30 min. We have done this about 4 times now and we have learned a couple of things along the way. It is fun and a lot of hard work.
