Bosnia and Herzegovina

Kristal told me to blog a long time ago, so finally I found something that I could write about.

So we're planning on going to Europe this May and we are SUPER excited. In my excitement, I started looking at cool places to go. I thought it would be sweet to go to Greece, but then as I was looking at a map, the only ways to get there go through either Bosnia or Serbia, both of which don't sound like the safest places to be traveling. So I decided to do some research. And it turns out that Bosnia is INCREDIBLY safe! I mean, just look at this quote from the Bosnia and Herzegovina tourism home page.

"Apart from the mines, Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of the safest places in Europe."

See?? One of the safest places in Europe! Apparently I was mistaken.

I must have been mistaken also, because I thought it was unsafe too. It looks really cool, just don't walk through any fields.
