My Husband the TRAITOR

Yes, my own husband was the instigator of my demise... Let me tell you about my night:

When I am bored, I usually toggle between my google reader, various email accounts and facebook, hoping something new and exciting has happened. Tonight, I was on facebook and I noticed that Liz (my old roommate) and Haley (my old roommate and good friend from high school) were both online. They are roommates right now, and so I started chatting with Liz and I asked her if her and Haley were both home. She told me yes, and this is where it began. I was pretty bored at this point so I wanted to try to trick Haley into thinking I was psychic.
I asked Liz to tell me stuff about Haley (like what she was wearing) so that I could talk to Haley at the same time. Above is the first few lines of our conversation (not the war one that comes later) So, here I was thinking I was pretty clever telling Haley what she was wearing and what she was listening to (she was falling for it too I might add) when Haley suddenly turns the tables on ME! She told me I was wearing black pants and sitting on my couch (not to hard to guess, our computer is in our living room) and then she threw in the kicker. "You just watched Seven Alone didn't you?" she asks. WHAT?!? I just bought that movie yesterday, and I know for a fact that only three people know I have it... so enter the suspects: My mom (ya, right), my sister Annie (dun, dun dun.... she is a liar, she told me once she kissed six and a half boys) and MATT. I didn't suspect Matt because he was doing dishes and I know he doesn't have Haley's number in his phone, so I started looking for my phone... to call Annie and confirm her disloyalty to the throne. I asked Matt where my phone was, and he came in to help me look for it. I called Annie and she told me she had not spoken to Haley in months. I believed her. That left me with very few options, and I started to nervously look around me (especially out of the gap in our blinds). I am talking to Liz frantically now, wondering if she saw any suspicious behavior from Haley. She hadn't. Then, just as I am about to admit that Haley really does have supernatural powers.... when a light bulb turned on in my head. I remembered asking Matt if he was texting Haley, and he said he didn't have her number... but I did... in my phone that Matt mysteriously pulled from under the couch! TRAITOR! My own husband was cheating on me with one of my best friends! It turns out, he had very sneakily stolen my phone while pretending to pick up trash from off the couch. Then he would let the water run while he would text so as not to arouse suspicion. Then finally when he knew that I was looking for my phone, instead of letting himself be discovered, he offered his services in finding my phone (a little too hastily...) which he then palmed and pulled out from under the couch! He completely bamboozled me! Can you believe it? I thought I was being sooo clever, but really, I just ended up getting worked. I know that is quite long... but I am sure that you do not regret your decision to read to the end! Peace out, and tune in next time for a story of when I really was clever!

I recall this story when I read this blog:

We were sophomores(so cool) wandering the jr. high. Seniority was ours. We were talking about Jeff and you said something to the extent of "My brother is so lame" Not moments after you walk straight into a grabage can.

Oh KZ one day you might be clever. One day
