I know, a totally impersonal post after months of not blogging... so not cool, but I gotta jump in again somewhere eh?
So, sorting through my 'food' board on pinterest when I am trying to come up with a grocery list gets a little daunting, everything looks so good, but then I read the recipe or the comments and I get turned off to it somehow. Am I the only one that pins anything that looks mildly interesting so my pinboards are totally cluttered? I thought that I would post my favorite (that I have actually tried) recipes from pinterest, and then you guys could also link up your favorite tried and true recipes too!
Creamy Bacon Carbonara - this stuff was yummy and easy.
Crockpot Italian Chicken - I have a love/hate relationship with crockpots (love the ease, hate the choose whats for dinner in the morning part, what if I change my mind?) but this stuff is stinking easy and really tasty. This links to the pin, just follow the instructions there instead of actually going to the site.
White Chicken Enchiladas - these are probably my favorite enchiladas ever! They don't call for a can of enchilada sauce, which I like because I don't always love that flavor, but these are fantastic!
Buffalo Chicken Garabage Bread - I wasn't overly excited to try this recipe, but I did because it looked so easy and we loved it! I pulled off a little bit of the dough (since there are only two of us) and made a mini 'nutella' pizza that was amazing as well for dessert. (pizza dough spread with nutella and sprinkled with an oatmeal streusel)
Wingers copycat wings - This is my 'make this or we eat out' recipe since it's fast and easy to keep the ingredients on hand (any recipe that calls for frozen chicken has me at hello). Really good too.
Baked Penne - this was good, that is all. Oh, and of course easy... you know if I made it, then a toddler could do it.
Chicken Enchilada Pasta - fast, easy.
So, there you have it. I went on a big experimental kick awhile ago and tried a bunch of my pinned recipes and it was fun. Lately though I just haven't been feeling like gambling my dinner... so what are you favorite recipes out there on the interweb?
