I showed Natalie how her little toddler armchair reclined the other day, and ever since she has preferred to do her night time reading solo, instead of curled up on my lap like normal. She's getting all independent. It makes me kind of sad. Is it bad to threaten her with time out if she won't cuddle me?
On this particular evening she handed me her princess book, I got my hopes all up thinking that she wanted to read it with me. Nope. She just wanted to make sure that I had something to read as well.
